The deal
Bellwether scores sales calls and writes what it finds back to your CRM. By using it you agree to these terms, which are written to be read rather than scrolled past.
Using Bellwether
One workspace per company
Seats are per person. Shared logins are not seats, and we will ask you to fix it if we notice.
You choose who gets in
You are responsible for who you invite and for what each role can see.
Do not resell or clone it
No reselling access, and no using Bellwether to build a competing scoring product.
Recording and consent
This is the part that matters most, so it gets its own section.
You decide what gets recorded
And you are responsible for having the right to record it, wherever your team sells.
Tell people on the call
We give you named-participant joining and per-region consent prompts. The obligation is still yours.
If someone says no, stop
Per-call and per-region controls exist so that is one click, not a support ticket.
Your data stays yours
You own the recordings
Along with the transcripts and the scores drawn from them.
We process, we do not sell
We use your data to run the product for you, and never to train shared models.
Leave with everything
Export or delete at any time. Deletion completes within 30 days across all of our systems.
What we owe you
A product that works
If it breaks we fix it, and we tell you what happened.
Notice before it changes
Ample warning before we change something you depend on.
Scoring we do not flatter
Bellwether reports what it heard, including when that is inconvenient for the forecast.
The boring but important bits
A score is evidence, not a verdict
Bellwether informs decisions about deals and people. It does not make them, and it should never be the only input.
We may update these terms
If we do, we will say so plainly and in advance rather than quietly changing the page.
Billing
Fees are billed in advance. Cancel whenever, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
