The short version
Bellwether listens to the sales calls you connect, turns them into scores and prompts, and writes the result back to your CRM. We do not sell what we hear, we do not train shared models on it, and deleting your workspace deletes the recordings and transcripts with it.
What we collect
Call recordings and transcripts
Only from the meeting tools and dialers you connect, and only for the calls your workspace chooses to record.
Workspace and account details
Names, work email addresses, roles, and the team structure you set up.
CRM fields you connect
Deal stage, amount, close date and the criteria you score against. We read what we need and write back what we scored.
Product usage
Which features get used and where people get stuck, so we know what to improve.
What we never do
Sell your data
Not to anyone, for any reason, at any price.
Train shared models on your calls
Your recordings improve your workspace and nothing else. They are never pooled with other customers.
Cross the line between customers
One workspace never sees another workspace’s calls, scores or pipeline.
Keep what you deleted
Deletion is deletion, including in backups.
Who hears what
Reps see their own calls and scores. Managers see their team. Admins see the workspace and control who is in it.
Nobody at Bellwether listens to your calls unless you ask us to for support, and we log it when we do.
Consent and recording
Recording law differs by region and it is your call how to meet it. Bellwether can join as a named participant so the room can see it, or capture through your meeting platform’s own recording with no extra attendee. Consent prompts are configurable per region, so set them to match the rules where your team sells.
Your controls
Export everything your workspace holds, set a retention window so recordings delete themselves on a schedule, or delete an account outright from settings. Deletion completes within 30 days across all of our systems.
